乳痛宁颗粒剂中挥发油提取和β-环糊精包合工艺

目的 :考察乳痛宁颗粒剂中当归、川芎、香附子挥发油的最佳提取工艺和 β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。 方法 :用单因素分析考察最佳提取工艺 ,以收油率作为评价提取工艺的指标 ;用正交试验考察最佳包合工艺 ,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价包合工艺的指标。 结果 :挥发油的最佳提取工艺为 3种药材均粉碎成粗粉 (10目 ) ,加 12倍量水 ,提取 8h;挥发油与 β-环糊精的最佳包合比例为 0 .5 0 m l∶ 4 g,包合温度 6 0℃ ,包合时间 1h。验证结果表明包合物、β-环糊精、挥发油、物理混合物的 X-衍射图谱有差别。结论:所选提取工艺提油率高 ,包合工艺合理 ,节约成本。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the best extraction technology of the volatile oil from Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chuanxiong and Cyperus rotundus and the best inclusion technology of β-Cyclodextrin in Runtongning Granule. Methods: The best extraction technology was investigated by single factor analysis, and the oil recovery rate was taken as the index to evaluate the extraction process. The optimum inclusion technology was investigated by orthogonal test. The inclusion compound recovery rate and volatile oil inclusion rate Process indicators. Results: The optimum extraction process of volatile oil was that all the three kinds of medicinal materials were crushed into coarse powder (10 meshes), 12 times the amount of water and extracted for 8 hours. The optimal inclusion ratio of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 0.55 ml : 4 g, inclusion temperature 60 ℃, inclusion time 1h. The verification results show that the X-ray diffraction patterns of inclusion complex, β-cyclodextrin, volatile oil and physical mixture are different. Conclusion: The extraction process selected oil extraction rate is high, inclusion process is reasonable, cost savings.
