建立了叶片-轮盘耦合系统振动固有特性计算分析模型。利用有限元通用程序NASTARN的循环对称分析功能和几何非线性分析功能,对某舰用燃气轮机实际叶片-轮盘结构进行了计算分析。计算中考虑了旋转离心力及材料参数随温度变化对固有特性的影响,计算得到的谐波共振频率与实测结果基本吻合。
The calculation and analysis model of the inherent vibration characteristics of the blade-roulette coupling system is established. Based on the function of cyclic symmetry analysis and geometric nonlinear analysis of NASTARN, a finite element general program, the actual blade-wheel structure of a marine gas turbine is calculated and analyzed. The influence of rotating centrifugal force and material parameters with temperature on the inherent characteristics is considered in the calculation. The calculated harmonic resonance frequency basically agrees with the measured results.
