校本培训是中小学教师专业发展的比较经济有效的形式之一,也直接服务于新课程改革的需要。新课改对高中教师及其培训提出了新的要求,校本培训正是顺应了这种新的要求,并且有力地推动着新课改的发展进程。但是在实践过程中,实然和应然依然存在一定的差距,我们的任务不仅是承认差距,更重要的是要缩小差距。 School-based training is one of the more economical and effective forms of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development, which also directly serves the needs of the new curriculum reform. The new curriculum reform put forward new requirements for high school teachers and their training. School-based training conforms to this new requirement and effectively promotes the development of the new curriculum reform. However, in practice, there are still some gaps between the actual and the present. Our task is not only to recognize the gaps but more importantly to narrow the gaps.
