今年以来,我国房地产市场出现了引人瞩目的新变化,房地产开发投资尽管仍保持较快增长,但房屋销售显著下降,房屋销售价格涨幅逐步回落。2-6月份,住宅销售面积累计同比分别下降3.6%、0.3%、4.0%6.5%和6.9%,其中北京和广东上半年分别下降49.5%和19.5%。1-6月份70个大中城市房屋销售价格同比分别上涨11.3%、10.9%、10.7%、10.1%9.2%和8.2%。
Since the beginning of this year, there has been a remarkable new change in the real estate market in our country. Despite the rapid growth in real estate development and investment, the sales of houses have dropped remarkably and the sales price of houses has gradually dropped. From January to June, the sales area of residential units decreased by 3.6%, 0.3%, 4.0% and 6.9% respectively over the same period of last year, with Beijing and Guangdong decreasing by 49.5% and 19.5% respectively in the first half of the year. The sales prices of houses in 70 large and medium-sized cities in January-June increased by 11.3%, 10.9%, 10.7%, 10.1%, 9.2% and 8.2% respectively over the same period of last year.
