Objective: To investigate the expression of CD4 + Notch1 + regulatory T cells and CD4 + FoxP3 + regulatory T cells in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). Methods: Flow cytometry was used to analyze the percentages of CD4 + CD25 + Treg, CD4 + FoxP3 + Treg and CD4 + Notch1 + Tregs in CBA / J splenocytes of female mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion and normal pregnancy. Results: FACS analysis showed that the percentage of CD4 + CD25 + Tregs, the percentage of CD4 + FoxP3 + Tregs, and the percentage of CD4 + Notch1 + Tregs in recurrent spontaneous abortion were significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy increase. Conclusion: The increase of Notch1 is related to the decrease of FoxP3 expression. The increase of the percentage of CD4 + Notch1 + Treg may be one of the mechanisms of URSA.
