目的研究黄山花楸果、叶和茎中的挥发油成分,比较其在化学成分及含量上的差异。方法采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取黄山花楸3个不同部位的挥发油,并通过GC-MS鉴定;用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果首次从3种不同部位的挥发油中分别鉴定出61、41、35种化学成分,其成分在种类和含量上都存在一定差异。结论黄山花楸不同部位的挥发油中均含有多种活性成分和较高的药用价值。
Aim To study the volatile oil components of Sorbus mandshurica, leaves and stems of Huangshan Mountain, and to compare their differences in chemical composition and content. Methods Supercritical CO2 extraction was used to extract volatile oil from three different parts of Huangshan Mountain and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents of each component were calculated by the peak area normalization method. Results For the first time, 61,41 and 35 chemical constituents were identified from the volatile oil of three different parts, respectively, and their compositions were different in terms of their types and contents. Conclusion The volatile oils of different parts of Sorbus aucuparia contain many active ingredients and high medicinal value.
