介绍了对甘薯食用,食品加工用新品种“渝薯20”的生产力和主要经济性状的鉴定结果,在重庆市甘薯新品种区域试验中,“渝薯20”3年平均鲜薯产量为27.07t/hm ̄2,薯干产量为7.43t/hm ̄2,藤叶产量为25.17t/hm ̄2。其中,鲜薯产量比对照品种“徐薯18”增产11.67%;薯干和藤叶产量比其减产2.88%和23.15%。该品种薯块烘干率27.47%,含淀粉18.7%、Vc19.6mg/100g、β-胡萝卜素469.6μg/100g;以干基计,含粗蛋白3.8%、氨基酸3.3%、可溶性糖12.4%。“渝薯20”萌芽性、耐贮性好,结薯较早,净同化率高,抗旱性、早收性、抗黑斑病性较好,1993年已推广4000hm ̄2以上。
The identification results of productivity and major economic traits of a new sweet potato variety “Yuzhu 20” were introduced. The content of crude protein was 3.8%, amino acid 3 .3%, soluble sugar 12.4%. “Chongqing potato 20” sprouting, good storage, early tuber, net assimilation rate, drought resistance, early harvest, anti-black spot disease is better, in 1993 has been promoting 4000hm ~ 2 above.
