目的观察自拟中药腹袋佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法将80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予自拟中药腹袋佩戴于腹部,1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药腹袋佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎能显著改善患儿的临床症状及体征。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made traditional Chinese medicine abdominal bag in treating children with mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods Eighty children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment group was given self-made Chinese medicine abdominal pouch to wear on the abdomen for 1 week Course of treatment, after 2 courses to assess the curative effect. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group. The total effective rate in the two groups was statistically analyzed (P <0.05). Conclusion Self-made Chinese medicine abdominal gall for children with mesenteric lymphadenitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs in children.
