乌东德水电站地下主厂房混凝土的输送浇筑强度大,范围广,洞内施工环境复杂。根据现场施工环境,充分利用洞内空间,设计布置适用于该厂房的输送浇注系统。在母线洞内安装输送供料线,施工干扰小,将主洞给料皮带机的两端分别铰支固定在母线洞地面和布料机上端立柱的顶部,能解决混凝土输送过程中的振动撒料问题,并且不需要桥机等的辅助,能缓解设备的占用问题;并根据该输送浇筑系统的结构特点,对其主体结构利用有限元软件Ansys进行了仿真校核计算,确保了结构设计的合理性和可靠性;充分证实该输送浇筑系统是一种能安全、稳定、高效实现混凝土高强度输送浇筑的施工方法。目前正在乌东德地下厂房中实施应用。
