公司在推行IBSC工作过程中存在一些需要改进之处:不能有效承接企业战略、缺乏有效的战略回顾和绩效沟通、组织协同不佳和KPI体系缺少基础数据支撑等。以提高战略执行力为切入点,从战略管理、组织行为管理、制度管理、企业文化等几个方面进行分析研究。建议公司突出发展路径,完善企业战略;加强培训,持续提升管理意识;将战略落实到组织能力上,提高企业核心竞争力等。
There are some improvements that companies need to improve in implementing IBSC: they can not effectively undertake corporate strategy, lack of effective strategy review and performance communication, poor organization and coordination, and lack of basic data support in the KPI system. In order to improve the strategic implementation of the force as the starting point, from the strategic management, organizational behavior management, system management, corporate culture, several aspects of analysis and research. It is suggested that the Company give prominence to its development path, improve its corporate strategy, enhance its training and continuously enhance its management awareness, and implement the strategy to its organizational capabilities and enhance its core competitiveness.
