依托地方高校培养国防生是我国为适应世界军事发展趋势,进一步加强我军现代化建设采取的一项重大战略。目前,国防生培养工作已经在全国100多所高校展开,国防生作为普通大学校园的一个特殊群体也日益引起广泛的关注。国防生作为地方大学中的特殊群体,对其管理具有新的特性。本文主要分析了当前我国普通高校国防生管理现状及存在的主要问题,提出我校在培养国防生管理方面的创新与实践。
Relying on local colleges and universities to train national defense students is a major strategy adopted by our country in order to adapt to the trend of world military development and further enhance the modernization of our military. At present, the work of training national defense students has started in more than 100 universities across the country. As a special group of ordinary university campuses, national defense students have also drawn increasing attention. As a special group of local universities, national defense students have new characteristics in their management. This article mainly analyzes the present status of the national defense colleges and universities in our country and the main problems that exist, puts forward our school in training national defense management innovation and practice.
