根据资料介绍,电渣补焊要有600~700安培才能焊透小型孔洞。我厂由于设备限制,没有大容量的焊接设备,所以大胆用ATA-320直流焊机进行试验,实际使用最大电流为300~310安培。经过多次试验和实际应用证明,多数工件都能够焊透,这对于地方小厂来说是有较大意义的。我们首先在外形尺寸为100×100×100公厘的试件上进行试验,缺陷(假象的)为φ40×S0公厘(图1)。所用规范为:电流300安培,金属棒直径16公厘,碳精棒直径30公厘;熔剂是化鉄炉渣加萤石,另加适量硅铁。
According to the information, electroslag welding to have 600 ~ 700 ampere to penetrate small holes. I plant due to equipment constraints, there is no large-capacity welding equipment, so bold to use ATA-320 DC welding machine, the actual use of the maximum current of 300 to 310 amperes. After many tests and practical application, most workpieces can penetrate, which is of great significance to local small factories. We first conducted a test on a test piece with a size of 100 × 100 × 100 mm with a defect (artifact) of φ40 × S0 mm (Figure 1). Specifications used are: current 300 amps, metal rod diameter 16 mm, carbon rod diameter 30 mm; flux is calcareous slag plus fluorite, plus the amount of ferrosilicon.
