目的探讨盐城市育龄女性避孕节育状况及相关影响因素,为提高盐城市育龄女性生殖健康水平提供指导。方法2015年6月-2016年6月应用分层抽样法,对盐城市519例育龄女性进行避孕节育知识调查,并分析影响育龄女性避孕节育知识的相关因素。结果 519例调查对象避孕节育知识平均分为(8.22±2.44)分,单因素分析显示,育龄女性避孕节育知识评分的高低与育龄女性文化程度、职业、家庭年收入、是否接受过避孕节育宣教、孕产次数、人流次数及其丈夫对避孕知识的认知有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高中以上、接受过避孕节育宣教、妊娠次数≥2次、人流次数≥2次、丈夫了解避孕知识的育龄女性避孕节育知识评分较高(P<0.05)。519例育龄女性避孕节育方式选择依次为宫内节育器208例(40.08%)、避孕套120例(23.12%)、口服避孕药78例(15.03%)、女扎52例(10.02%)、针剂12例(2.31%)、男扎8例(1.54%),无做任何措施41例(7.90%)。与避孕知识中高水平组比较,避孕知识低水平组避孕节育方法种类少,未采取任何措施的比例较高。结论盐城市育龄女性避孕节育知识处于中等水平,应对文化程度低的育龄女性加强避孕节育知识宣教,在强化育龄女性避孕知识的同时应重视其丈夫避孕意识。
Objective To investigate the status of contraception and contraception in women of childbearing age in Yancheng and provide guidance for improving the reproductive health of women of childbearing age in Yancheng. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, stratified sampling method was applied to investigate the contraceptive knowledge of 519 women of childbearing age in Yancheng and to analyze the related factors that influence the knowledge of contraception in women of childbearing age. Results The average contraceptive knowledge among 519 subjects was (8.22 ± 2.44). Univariate analysis showed that the level of contraceptive knowledge among women of childbearing age was related to the educational level of women of childbearing age, occupation, family annual income, The frequency of pregnancy, the frequency of abortions and her husband’s knowledge of contraception (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, among high school students who received contraception and birth control education, the number of pregnancy ≥ 2 times and the number of abortion ≥ 2 times, the knowledge of contraceptive knowledge among the women of childbearing age who knew about contraception was higher (P <0.05). There were 208 cases (40.08%) of IUD, 120 cases (23.12%) of condom, 78 cases (15.03%) of oral contraceptives and 52 cases (10.02% There were 12 cases (2.31%), 8 cases (1.54%) of male males and 41 cases (7.90%) without any measures. Contrast to the high level of contraceptive knowledge group, contraceptive knowledge low level of contraceptive methods with fewer types, without any measures to take a higher proportion. Conclusion The knowledge of contraception and birth control among women of childbearing age in Yancheng is at a moderate level. Women of childbearing age with low education should strengthen education on contraceptive and contraception, and should pay more attention to their husbands’ awareness of contraception while strengthening their knowledge of contraception.
