通过改变不同配方的氟橡胶二段硫化温度和时间,确定了最佳硫化条件。结果表明,氟橡胶经二段硫化后力学性能明显提高;经300℃热空气老化后发现,不同二段硫化条件对氟橡胶的耐热性有着不同的影响。
The optimum curing conditions were determined by changing the curing temperature and time of the second stage of fluororubber with different formulations. The results show that the mechanical properties of the fluororubber after the second-stage vulcanization is obviously improved. After hot air aging at 300 ° C, the different second-stage vulcanization conditions have different effects on the thermostability of the fluororubber.
