花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)富含丰富的油脂和蛋白质,是主要的经济作物之一。尽管花生已在全世界范围内广泛种植,但是其种质资源的丰富程度并不明显,有待进一步提高。目前已有较多种的分子标记技术应用于种质资源鉴定,其中应用最广泛的是SSR分子标记技术,它可用于花生亲缘关系的鉴定、品种鉴定、真实性鉴定以及纯度鉴定等。本综述讲述了SSR分子标记在花生种质资源鉴定方面的研究进展与应用现状,阐明了其优缺点,并对其进行了综合评价,以期为后期全面开展花生种质资源的研究奠定基础。
Arachis hypogaea L. is rich in fat and protein and is one of the major cash crops. Although peanuts are widely planted around the world, the abundance of germplasm is not obvious and needs to be further improved. At present, there are many kinds of molecular marker techniques applied to germplasm resources identification. The most widely used is SSR molecular marker technology, which can be used for the identification of genetic relationship, variety identification, authenticity identification and purity identification of peanut. This review describes the progress and application of SSR markers in the identification of peanut germplasm resources. The advantages and disadvantages of SSR markers are elucidated and their comprehensive evaluation is made in order to lay the foundation for the further study of peanut germplasm resources in the later period.
