本厂1、2号汽轮机为N40-60型次高压汽轮机,于1973年和1974年相继投产以来,热装配于转子前端的高压汽封套曾几次发生松动,虽然更换了新汽封套或在汽封套内孔与轴的结合部加垫增加紧力,但都未彻底解决问题。以致1987年八、九月相继发生了因高压汽封套松动造成大轴严重磨损被迫停机的故障。1 大轴磨损的原因分析原设计汽封套与轴采用过盈套装,且轴上设有纵向平键,以防止汽封套运转时转动,汽封套前端装有止退螺母以限止汽封套
