分析一种新型键槽拉床的工作原理,建立其三维几何模型,通过ANSYS的ADPL二次开发工具对拉刀刀刃工作行程中刀刃与键槽相对变形进行有限元分析。研究进给量、拉刀杆结构尺寸和导向套尺寸对拉刀刃工作行程中刀刃与键槽相对位置变形的影响规律,给出加工工艺参数和键槽拉床结构参数与拉削精度之间的定量关系,得到拉削精度提高的键槽拉床工艺及结构参数选择方法与途径。研究工作为高精度键槽拉床设计提供相关技术基础。
The working principle of a novel spline broaching machine is analyzed and its three-dimensional geometric model is established. The finite element analysis of the relative deformation of the cutting edge and the keyway in the working stroke of the broach edge is carried out by the ADPL secondary development tool of ANSYS. The influence of the feed rate, the structure of the broach bar and the size of the guide sleeve on the relative position deformation of the blade and the keyway in the working stroke of the broach edge was analyzed. The quantitative relationship between the processing parameters and the structural parameters of the broach and the broaching accuracy was given , To get the broaching precision of the key slot broaching process and structure parameters selection methods and ways. Research work for the design of high-precision keyway broaching provide the relevant technical foundation.
