本文介绍了先进的TR镦锻法制造曲轴毛坯的工作原理。通过TR锻与自由锻两组不同实物曲轴的疲劳试验,得到TR锻曲轴较自由锻曲轴疲劳强度提高16%~22%的结果,以及分析了TR锻曲轴疲劳强度提高的原因有:TR锻材料金属纤维的连续性及锻件内部材质较差部分不致外露、曲轴表面晶粒细小、材料断裂韧性较自由锻材料提高20%。
This paper introduces the working principle of advanced TR upsetting method for manufacturing crankshaft blank. The results of fatigue tests of TR crankshaft and free crankshaft by 16% ~ 22% were obtained through the fatigue tests of TR crankshaft and free-forging crankshaft. The reasons for the increase of fatigue strength of TR crankshaft were as follows: The continuity of the metal fiber and forgings internal parts of the poor material will not be exposed, the surface of the crankshaft grain size is small, the material fracture toughness than the free forging material increased by 20%.
