热处理能显著提高化学沉积镍磷合金层的硬度和耐磨性,在390~400℃热处理1小时,镍磷镀层具有最大硬度值。磷含量对最大硬度值的影响不大;高磷的化学沉积镍磷合金层的耐磨性随加热温度的升高而增加,影响极其显著。为了改善高磷化学沉积镍磷合金层的耐磨性,应在600~700℃热处理1小时,使其显微组织转变为α(Ni)+Ni_3~-P相机械混合物为宜。
The heat treatment can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of electroless Ni-P alloy layer. The Ni-P coating has the maximum hardness value after heat treatment at 390-400 ℃ for 1 hour. The content of phosphorus had little effect on the maximum hardness value. The wear resistance of the high-phosphorus electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy layer increased with the increase of the heating temperature, and the influence was extremely significant. In order to improve the wear resistance of the high-phosphorus electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy layer, it should be heat-treated at 600-700 ℃ for 1 hour to make the microstructure change into the mechanical mixture of α (Ni) + Ni_3 ~ -P phase.
