新疆维吾尔自治区生化学会于1991年10月23～26日在乌鲁木齐举行庆祝学会成立十周年暨第四次会员大会,83名代表出席了会议。中国生化学会副理事长祁国荣研究员应邀到会祝贺,并作了“Ribozyme研究进展及其应用”的学术报告。副理事长吕兆启研究员作了第二届理事会的工作报告。大会共收到了论文92篇,会上在张玉林教授、李原钧副主任医师、王文贵和任铸助理研究员分别作了有关方面的综述报告。分组会共交流学术论文40篇。在推荐与选举的基础上,产生了25位同志组成的第三届理事会,新理事会推选吕兆启研究员为理事长;宋克征、李维琪、苏甫拉、王丽容、喻梅辉、莫庸为副理事长;李维琪兼任秘书长。
Biochemical Society of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on October 23 ~ October 1991 held in Urumqi to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the founding of the fourth congress, 83 delegates attended the meeting. Qi Guorong, vice president of China Society of Biochemistry researcher was invited to be congratulated and made a “Ribozyme research progress and its application” academic report. Vice President Lv Zhaoqi researcher made the second council work report. The conference received a total of 92 papers, at the meeting Professor Zhang Yulin, Li Yuanjun, deputy chief physician, Wang Wengui and assistant researcher Ren Ren made a summary of the relevant reports. Sub-group will exchange a total of 40 academic papers. Based on the recommendations and the election, a third council consisting of 25 comrades was formed. The new council elected Professor Lv Zhaoqi as the chairman of the board of directors. Song Kezheng, Li Weiqi, Su Fula, Wang Li-Rong, Yu Mei-Hui and Mo Yong were the vice- Li Weiqi concurrently serves as secretary general.
