推进镇街社会服务管理中心建设,是中办国办《关于加强社会治安防控体系建设的意见》及浙江省委《关于创新基层社会治理若干意见》文件的重要内容,是今后一段时期加强基层社会治理的重要内容之一。如何将镇街社会服务管理中心建设成党委、政府服务群众、推进社会治理的综合性工作平台,解决当前基层政府在社会治理方面存在的部门协调乏力、信息预警不灵、事件处理不畅等突出性问题,是当前镇街社会服务管理中心工作推进亟需解决的问题。本文以乐清市镇街社会服务管理中心为研究对象,通过详细剖析现有问题,提出兼具实效性和长效性的解决方案,试图通过对乐清市镇街社会服务管理中心普遍性问题分析及建设思路的探究,为推进镇街综治中心建设及我省推进基层社会治理创新工作提供可行性样本。

In this paper, Yueqing City Street Social Service Management Center for the study, through detailed analysis of the existing problems, put forward both practical and long-term solutions, trying to Yueqing City Street Social Service Management Center of the general analysis of the problem and Exploration of construction ideas, to provide a viable sample for promoting the construction of comprehensive management center of Zhenjie Street and promoting the innovation of grassroots social governance in our province.
