目的 探讨食管癌组织中p2 7蛋白表达与DNA含量、S期细胞比值 (SPF)的关系及意义。方法 应用免疫组化法检测食管癌及癌旁组织中 p2 7蛋白的表达 ;应用流式细胞术检测其DNA含量 (DI)和S期细胞比值 (SPF)。 结果 48例食管癌组织中仅有 16例 (33 .33 % )为 p2 7蛋白高表达 ,而 32例癌旁组织中 2 5例为p2 7蛋白高表达 (78.12 % ) ;食管癌组织DI和SPF的平均值分别为 1.48± 0 .32和 19.48%± 12 .35 % ,明显高于癌旁组织 (分别为 1.0 2± 0 .17和 9.39%± 5 .75 % ) ,p2 7蛋白低表达组的DI和SPF均明显高于 p2 7高表达组 (分别为 1.6 6± 0 .2 8和 9.78%± 6 .12 % ;1.10± 0 .19和 5 .5 6 %± 5 .18% )。 结论 p2 7基因作为细胞负性调节因子 ,表达减少 ,DNA含量增加 ,推测与食管癌的发生、发展有关
Objective To investigate the relationship between p27 protein expression and DNA content and S phase cell ratio (SPF) in esophageal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p27 protein in esophageal cancer and adjacent tissues. Flow cytometry was used to detect its DNA content (DI) and S phase cell ratio (SPF). Results Of the 48 esophageal cancers, only 16 (33.33%) had high p27 protein expression, while 32 of the paraneoplastic tissues had high p27 protein expression (78.12%); esophageal cancer tissue DI and The mean values of SPF were 1.48±0.32 and 19.48%±12.35 %, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues (1.02±0.17 and 9.39%±5.75%, respectively). The p27 protein expression was low. The DI and SPF in the group were significantly higher than those in the p2 7 high expression group (1.66±0.28 and 9.78%±6.12%, respectively; 1.10±0.19 and 5.5.6%±5.18%). . Conclusion The p2 7 gene is a negative cell regulator and its expression is decreased and the DNA content is increased. It is speculated that it is related to the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
