根据《幼儿教育发展纲要》和《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的要求以及我园的实际,课改迫在眉睫。要将分科教学改成主题教学,预计会遇到以下困难:教师对自己没信心,怀疑对自身专业能力是否能承受课改之压;班级教师间的配合问题;家长观念的转变问题。针对这些困难,将采取的积极对策是:强化教师专业能力;强化教师间的团结协作;通过多种方式转变家长观念。
According to the “Outline for Early Childhood Education” and the “Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children 3-6 years old” and the reality of our garden, curriculum reform is imminent. It is estimated that teachers will have no confidence in themselves and doubt whether they can withstand the pressure of curriculum reform on their own professional abilities. The problem of the coordination among class teachers and the change of the concept of parents. In response to these difficulties, the positive measures to be taken are: to strengthen the professional ability of teachers; to strengthen the unity and cooperation among teachers; and to change the concept of parents through various means.
