用金相、X光、扫描电子显微镜和俄歇谱仪(AGUER)等对静电复印机用载体铁粉的氧化膜进行了微观分析和研究。结果表明:当载体铁粉氧含量为2%左右时,在其颗粒表面形成的Fe_3O_4膜层,厚度约2μm:当氧含量超过5%时,则载体铁粉中有一部分颗粒的氧化膜层显著加厚,甚至可达5—8μm,这种厚的氧化膜已不再是单一的Fe_3O_4膜,而是在Fe_3O_4膜与α—Fe基体之间出现的厚度不均匀的低价氧化铁(FeO)层。FeO的出现将降低载体铁粉的性能和使用寿命。
The oxide film of iron powder used in electrophotographic copier was analyzed microscopically and studied by metallography, X-ray, scanning electron microscopy and Auger spectroscopy (AGUER).
