作为教师知识的核心内容,英语学科教学知识是英语教师进行有效课堂教学的关键。学生有效的学习过程、结果以及学生积极的情感是判断课堂教学有效性的依据,而英语教师对学科教学知识的实践是这一有效性的根本保障,它的建构是英语教师专业化发展的基石。本文通过一则英语教师学科教学知识实践的案例分析,指出在教育教学实践中,英语教师应践行“知行合一”的教育与教学理念,注重分析学科教学知识的运用,总结学科教学知识建构的路径,以实现教师专业化发展的目标。
As the core content of teacher’s knowledge, English subject teaching knowledge is the key to English teacher’s effective classroom teaching. The effective learning process and the students’ active emotion are the basis for judging the validity of classroom teaching. The practice of English teachers in knowledge of subject teaching is the fundamental guarantee of this validity. Its construction is the cornerstone of the professional development of English teachers . Through a case analysis of teaching practice of English teachers, this paper points out that in the practice of English teaching and learning, English teachers should practice education and teaching concept of “unity of knowing and doing”, pay attention to analyzing the application of subject teaching knowledge, summarize the teaching of subject The path of knowledge construction, in order to achieve the goal of teacher professional development.
