为了研究抽采钻孔孔口负压与抽采效果的相关性,从煤层瓦斯流动特性出发,采用Comsol软件模拟和现场验证相结合的方法进行研究。研究结果表明:当抽采时间一定时,随着抽采负压增高,起初瓦斯抽采效果增加显著,但随后抽采负压作用逐渐减缓,抽采效果增加幅度越来越小。最终确定九里山矿合理孔口负压为30~34 k Pa。
In order to study the correlation between the negative pressure of the drilled hole and the pumping effect, this paper studied the gas flow characteristics of coal seam with Comsol software simulation and field verification. The results show that when the pumping time is constant, the effect of gas drainage increases significantly with the increase of negative suction pressure, but then the effect of negative pressure of gas drainage gradually decreases and the effect of gas drainage increases more and more. The negative pressure of the rational orifice of Jiuli Mountain Mine was finally determined to be 30-34 kPa.
