我国中小型铸造车间(厂)所占比重很大。它们在铸造生产中起着重要的作用,但也需要进行技术改造,实现机械化,以发挥更大的作用。在选择机械化方案时,需要考虑两个基本前提,即铸件生产规模与造型生产任务。本文提出了农机铸造车间“经济生产规模”的一些看法及数据。“经济生产规模”对不同项目是不一样的,因此,对每一个设计项目需要进行具体的经济效益分析,以评价其投资与机械化方案的效果。文中提出以“成本效益分析”作为经济效益的计算法,其基本点是将投资、成本、销售收入与生产规模综合对比分析,以盈亏平衡点为基础进行评价。通过实例分析表明,该法适用于中小型铸造车间(厂)的分析。
China’s small and medium-sized casting workshops (plants) account for a large proportion. They play an important role in the production of castings, but they also need to undergo technological transformations to achieve mechanization in order to play a greater role. When selecting a mechanization plan, two basic preconditions need to be considered, namely the scale of casting production and the task of modeling production. This article presents some views and data on the “economic production scale” of the agricultural machinery foundry. The “economic production scale” is different for different projects. Therefore, for each design project, specific economic benefit analysis is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of its investment and mechanization programs. The paper proposes a “cost-benefit analysis” as a calculation method for economic benefits. The basic point is to comprehensively analyze and compare investment, cost, sales revenue and production scale, and evaluate it on the basis of a break-even point. Through an example analysis shows that this method is suitable for the analysis of small and medium-sized foundry (plant).
