对某逆流明火热处理炉在连续生产的情况下进行热工测试。测试结果表明:热处理炉效率为42.95%,生产能耗1 324.41×104 kJ/t;热处理炉存在炉膛燃烧状态不佳、空气过剩系数较大、换热器换热不良以及炉体热损较大等问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应节能措施建议,包括合理调节燃烧配风、改进炉体结构及换热器清灰等。
A counter-current open flame heat treatment furnace in the case of continuous production of thermal test. The test results show that the heat treatment furnace efficiency is 42.95% and the production energy consumption is 1 324.41 × 104 kJ / t.
