小学数学教学的有效性一直是数学老师们普遍关注的问题,只有课堂的有效性得到提高之后,老师的教学质量才可以提高。而提高教学有效性的最大问题在于学生,如何激发学生的学习兴趣、动机、积极性,又如何培养学生的学习能力,如何使学生可以自主地进行探究知识,同学们能够主动进行沟通等,这些都和教学有效性有直接的关系。因此,老师要合理地利用数学教材,为学生设计出喜爱的教学活动,使学生们可以主动地参与到学习之中,和学生构建和谐、平等、民主的师生关系,建立完善的评价机制等。这样才可以逐渐提高小学数学教学的有效性。本文笔者阐述了自己提升教学有效性的几点做法,期望对于小学数学教学的发展能有所帮助。
The effectiveness of primary school mathematics teaching has always been the common concern of math teachers. Only after the validity of the classroom is improved, the quality of teaching can be improved. And the biggest problem to improve the effectiveness of teaching lies in how to stimulate students ’interest in learning, motivation and enthusiasm, how to cultivate students’ ability to learn, how to enable students to explore knowledge autonomously, and students can communicate on their own initiative, And teaching effectiveness has a direct relationship. Therefore, teachers should make rational use of mathematics teaching materials to design favorite teaching activities for students so that students can actively participate in the study, establish a perfect evaluation mechanism with students, such as building a harmonious, equal and democratic teacher-student relationship . Only in this way can we gradually improve the effectiveness of primary school mathematics teaching. The author of this article elaborates several ways to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. The expectation can be helpful to the development of mathematics teaching in elementary schools.
