理论和现实的“二律背反”，说到底就是理论反映规律还不够全面和准确。更全面、更准确地认识和把握规律，就必须充分认识规律的辩证性。规律的辩证性，主要是指规律具有广泛联系性、发展变化性和辩证统一性的特征。规律具有辩证性既是普遍的，又是必然的。充分认识规律的辩证性，既有极其重要的理论意义，又有极其重要的实践意义。我们对此必须予以高度地重视。
