临演状态是指临近演出时演奏(唱)者的心理状态和生理状态。由于音乐表演是演奏(唱)者的一种创造性的心理活动(当然也必然伴随一定的生理运动,如手指、喉舌等生理器官的运动),所以在演出之前,表演者必须要有一个较佳的临演状态(好比临“战”状态)。较佳的临演状态包括生理和心理两个方面:生理上要求表演者身体健康,手指灵活,气血平和;心理上要求表演者心情好,心理环境宁净。表演者要象电影(戏剧)演员捕捉角色的感觉那样去寻找音乐的感觉,忘掉自我,进入乐曲的意境之中,展开音乐想象,捕捉创作的灵感。即所谓“不得佳思不可弹”。
