介绍了图形窗口界面技术的发展状况,以及在分布式计算机环境下采用基于 X?W INDOW S 的 MOTIF编程的特点和方式,并开发了适合大型工程应用的标准界面.结合一定的交互性考虑,该界面系统可用于多种实际工程应用,具较强的推广性和可移植性.“,”Engineering application needs an integrated environment with computation, data management, data transportation and a user friendly interactive interface. But, to our best knowledge, there is no such software available in the open market. We designed and implemented such a software suitable for large scale engineering applications in P.R.C. We used UNIX X windows as our design platform. We adopted TCP/IP as the network communication protocol and designed a network software which can meet the need of real time data communication between applications. We also designed an event driven graphic user interface which integrated data management, network communication, and a user display area (Fig.2). The overall software framework is shown in Fig.1. Our software has met with preliminary success when used in aircraft structure test design and aircraft layout design.
