目的 探讨厌氧菌代谢有机酸色谱分析法的可靠性 ,为大量的临床分离的厌氧菌鉴定提供可靠方法。方法 利用气相色谱法对 6种厌氧菌的国际参考菌株的代谢有机酸进行了定性定量测定。结果 6 0株细菌中 ,有48株细菌测到所有代谢有机酸 ,10株细菌测到主要代谢有机酸 ,2株细菌测到不应有的代谢有机酸 ,总符合率为97 6 7%。结论 代谢有机酸色谱分析法鉴定厌氧菌是一种可靠的方法
Objective To investigate the reliability of anaerobic bacterial metabolism organic acid chromatographic method and provide a reliable method for the identification of a large number of clinical isolates of anaerobic bacteria. Methods Metabolic organic acids of 6 reference strains of anaerobic bacteria were qualitatively and quantitatively determined by gas chromatography. Results Among the 60 strains of bacteria, 48 strains of bacteria detected all the organic acids, 10 strains of bacteria detected the main organic acids, and 2 strains of bacteria detected unwanted organic acids. The total coincidence rate was 97.67%. Conclusion The identification of anaerobic bacteria by metabolic organic acid chromatography is a reliable method
