大连粮食批发市场建立于1993年9月,是大连市粮食局与大连市第一粮食储运工业公司承办的大连市唯一的大型专业粮食批发市场。四年来,市场规模不断扩大,交易量一直呈上涨势头,到今年9月份已达到10万吨,是建场初期的12倍,占大连市城区市场同期成品粮油总需求量50％左右。从五十年代初建起的一座旧库房加以改造起步的大连粮食批发市场,经四年时间的发展到如今大连市区成品粮油市场的“半壁江山”,给区域性现货批发市场发展提供了有益经验。
The Dalian Food Wholesale Market was established in September 1993. It is the only large-scale professional food wholesale market in Dalian that was contracted by Dalian Grain Bureau and Dalian No.1 Grain Storage and Transportation Industry Company. In the past four years, the market has continued to expand, and the volume of transactions has been on a rising trend. By September of this year, it has reached 100,000 tons, which is 12 times the initial period of the construction site, and accounts for about 50% of the total demand for finished grain and oil in Dalian’s urban market during the same period.
