目的探讨人性化服务在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院2015年11月~2016年11月接收的110例糖尿病患者,采用动态化随机单双号的方式进行随机分组,共分为2组,对照组患者55例,采用常规护理进行治疗,观察组患者55例,在对照组基础上给予患者人性化服务,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果为96.36%(53/55),对照组患者的治疗效果为74.55%(41/55),两组患者对比有显著差异,P小于0.05。结论人性化服务可以从患者的各个方面来进行护理,有效的提高糖尿病患者治疗效果,在临床上有一定的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of humanized service in diabetes care. Methods A total of 110 patients with diabetes mellitus who received from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the dynamic single and double numbers, and 55 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care 55 patients in the observation group were given humanized service on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect was 96.36% (53/55) in the observation group and 74.55% (41/55) in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Human services can be nursed from all aspects of patients, effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic patients, which has some clinical value and is worth promoting.
