本文采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法和TBA比色法测定丹参(10g/kg)、维生素E(1.25mg/kg)对老龄小鼠红细胞、心、肝、肾中SOD活性和血清、心、肝、肾中LPO含量。结果表明:丹参能显著提高老龄小鼠红细胞、心、肝、肾中SOD活性(p<0.01),在同一老龄小鼠中也相应的显著降低血清、心、肝、肾中LPO含量(p<0.01)。与维生素E比较作用稍强。
In this paper, we used modified pyrogallol autoxidation method and TBA colorimetric method to determine the activity of SOD in red blood cells, heart, liver and kidney and the serum and heart of old mice with Salvia miltiorrhiza (10g/kg) and vitamin E (1.25mg/kg). LPO content in liver and kidney. The results showed that: Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly increase the SOD activity in old mice erythrocytes, heart, liver and kidney (p <0.01), also significantly reduce the serum, heart, liver, kidney LPO content in the same old mice (p < 0.01). Compared with vitamin E slightly stronger.
