文章提出构建和完善上海合作组织区域经济合作法律机制的观点,结合国际经济法包括区域经济一体化法学理论和实践,对在上海合作组织框架下中亚以至中西南亚区域的国际经济活动进行法律规制的必要性和可行性进行分析论证。
The article puts forward the view of establishing and perfecting Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s legal mechanism of regional economic cooperation. Combining the international economic law including the theory and practice of regional economic integration law, the article makes legal regulation on international economic activities in Central Asia and even in Central and South-East Asia within the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization The necessity and feasibility of analysis and demonstration.
