本文对太阳能平板集热器热水系统的连续控制和双位控制方法的数学模型作了改进,利用二次插值法建立了双位控制系统寻优计算模拟程序。通过模拟指出了系统性能对流量变化的灵敏度,并进行了较深入的理论分析和部分结论的实验验证,为合理、方便地选择流量及其它控制参数提供了依据。针对北京地区的气象条件提出了接近最佳控制的具体控制参数。最后,比较了两类控制方法的系统性能,表明双位控制是简单而又实用的控制方法。
In this paper, the mathematical model of the continuous control and dual-position control method of the solar flat-panel collector hot water system is improved, and the optimization calculation program of the dual-position control system is established by using the secondary interpolation method. Through simulation, the sensitivity of system performance to flow changes was pointed out, and a more in-depth theoretical analysis and experimental verification of some conclusions were made, providing basis for reasonable and convenient selection of flow rate and other control parameters. For the meteorological conditions in Beijing, specific control parameters close to the optimal control were proposed. Finally, the system performance of the two types of control methods is compared, indicating that the dual-bit control is a simple and practical control method.
