当今世界各国受全球性金融危机的影响,经济发展停滞严重,失业率增多,经济危机下,我国经济运行与发展面临着很多困难,但我国政府采取了一系列刺激经济的方法,使经济发展得以稳定,继国务院推出4万亿元刺激经济方案后,各地也先后公布了各自的投资计划。本文主要针对国家的经济刺激方案及相关方面进行论述,从经济结构、就业,综合效益方面进行了比较与分析,并且提出了经济刺激方案的结构及路线选择的最优化。
Under the global financial crisis, all countries in the world are suffering from a serious economic stagnation and an increase in the unemployment rate. Under the economic crisis, China’s economy is facing many difficulties in its operation and development. However, our government has taken a series of measures to stimulate the economy and stabilized its economic development Following the introduction of 4 trillion yuan stimulus package by the State Council, various investment plans have been announced in various places. This article mainly discusses the national economic stimulus plan and related aspects, compares and analyzes economic structure, employment and comprehensive benefits, and puts forward the structure of the economic stimulus plan and the optimization of route choice.
