Serious occupational lead poisoning can cause renal tubular dysfunction, but the clinical renal function tests are still not sensitive, can not detect early tubular damage. Urinary N-acetyl-glucosaminidase (NAG) has been reported as an early marker of renal tubular dysfunction. In this paper, urinary NAG and other indicators, a recycled lead smelter 46 workers renal function tests and analysis of urinary NAG activity and lead exposure to indicators, to explore the cause of renal tubular lead exposure levels. Research object: Lead refinery workers, 39 men, aged 17 to 72 years, mean 51.1 years, length of service 0.1 to 40 years, an average of 10.5 years; 7 women, aged 20 to 68 years, mean
