传统体制中我军新闻媒体具有高度的政治性、管理的统一性、功能的指导性和战斗性的特点。在信息化浪潮涌动中突显的不足是:宣传途径单一,比较竞争力相对不足;宣传方法缺乏创新,凝聚力受到影响;对宣传对象地位认识不够,宣传效果不理想。提升我军新闻宣传工作质量的对策:一是增强新闻价值,提升宣传品质;二是深入部队调研,明确宣传对象;三是辩证借鉴经验,注重宣传策略。
In the traditional system, our army’s news media are highly political, unified in management, and instructive and combative in function. In the surges of informationization, the obvious problems are: single propaganda channel and relatively insufficient competitiveness; lack of innovation in propaganda methods and influence of cohesion; lack of awareness of the status of propaganda objects and poor publicity effect. The measures to enhance the quality of news and propaganda work of our military are as follows: First, to enhance the value of news and enhance the quality of publicity; second, to conduct in-depth troop investigations and clarify the targets of publicity; third, to dialectically draw on experience and pay attention to publicity strategies.
