随着我国市场经济的不断发展和企业改革改制等的深化,员工的思维方式,心理状态,人生价值观等都发生了巨大的变化,显得更理性,多样化和个性化,这是社会进步的结果。然而,也同时出现了与之伴随的新问题。如团队意识的减弱,道德标准的模糊化,荣誉感的失衡,个人的思想和心理与过去对比,呈现复杂化和多样化的特点。而高校是知识分子集中的地方,是研究和传播科学思想、科学方法、科学知识、科学精神的重地。随着我国社会经济情况、就业方式、利益关系、组织形式和分配方式日益不同,高校教师的价值取向和思想政治观念也呈现出越来越多样化的趋势。在新市场环境下,改进和加强高校教师思想政治工作是进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的迫切要求,也是全面贯彻党的教育方针的重要保证。

As China’s social and economic conditions, employment patterns, interest relations, organizational forms and distribution patterns are increasingly different, the value orientation and ideological and political concepts of university teachers are also showing more and more diversified trends. Under the new market environment, improving and strengthening the ideological and political work of college teachers is an urgent requirement to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education for college students, and an important guarantee for the full implementation of the party’s education policy.
