江泽民同志说:“要说素质,思想政治素质是重要的素质,不断增强学生和群众的爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想,是素质教育的灵魂。”学校是培养人才的重要场所,以德育人,使青少年学生健康成长是学校工作的重要任务,因此,在改革开放的新形势下,认真探讨学校德育的新途径,增强德育的针对性,提高实效才是根本。结合多年的工作实践.我认为,带领广大少年儿童走出校门,接触社会,了解社会,亲身体验.是加强学校德育的一条有效途径。
