目的：探讨5％咪喹莫特乳膏与0．025％维 A酸乳膏外用治疗扁平疣的疗效对比。方法：将96例扁平疣患者随机分为 A ，B ，C三组，分别予5％咪喹莫特乳膏、0．025％维 A酸乳膏及两者联合外用治疗，疗程为三个月。结果：三组的有效率分别为48．4％，53．3％和78．8％，联合治疗组与其它两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。部分患者在治疗过程中出现了局部皮肤潮红、辣痛、脱屑等轻度的不良反应，短暂停药后能完成治疗。结论：5％咪喹莫特乳膏与0．025％维 A酸乳膏均是治疗扁平疣的有效药物，并且使用方便。二者单独外用在治疗扁平疣中疗效相当，联合应用可以缩短起效时间，提高治愈率。“,”Objective :To compare and evaluate the curative effect of 5% imiquimod and 0 .025% tretinoin cream in the treatment of flat wart .M ethods :96 cases of flat wart were randomly divided into three groups (group A ,group B and group C ) ,w hich were treated with 5%imiquimod cream ,0 .025% tretinoin cream ,and the two combined ,respectively .The course of treatment was three months .Results :The ef-fectives rate for three groups were 48 .4% ,53 .3% and 78 .8% ,espectively .There was significant difference between the combined treatment group and the other two groups(P<0 .05) .In the course of treatment ,some cases of adverse reactions were found ,such as flushes ,hot pain , scales ,but all of them can complete the treatment after a short time of suspension .Conclusion :Both 0 .025% tretinoin cream and 5% imi-quimod cream are effective drugs in the treatment of flat wart ,and it is convenient to use .The two drugs had equivalent efficacy on topical use ,yet combined application can shorten the onset time and obviously improve the cure rate .
