目的研讨焦虑症患者实施心理护理对其睡眠质量的改善作用.方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月在我院诊疗的86例焦虑症患者作为观察对象,并按随机数表法归为2组,A组(n=43)予以常规护理指导,B组(n=43)在常规护理下接受心理护理强化干预,对比A、B组的护理干预成效.结果护理前,两组在HAMA量表评估结果以及各项PSQI量表因子(睡眠质量、入睡时间等)评分上比较相当,P>0.05,无统计学意义;护理后,B组HAMA量表评估结果以及各项PSQI量表因子评分较A组均显著改善,P<0.05,有统计
