热衰退所谓电子元件热衰退,即电子元件随着工作或工作环境温度的升高其工作性能出现偏差或失效的现象。就车辆而言,其故障特征是车辆冷车开始运行一切正常,长时间运行后,随着温度的升高出现故障,一旦温度下降,车辆便恢复正常。按照此故障特征判定车辆故障是否因电子元件热衰退引起的非常准确。但是现代车辆上的电子元件那么多,到底是哪个元件热衰退确认起来比较困难。检测电子元件热衰退的有效方法是加热模拟法,即对怀疑元件用电吹风或者热毛巾进行加热,检测加热前后电子元件的性能参数变化,从而判定是否存在热衰退的问题。
