目的介绍第26届世界大学生夏季运动会(以下简称深圳大运会)症状监测系统并分析其运行情况,探讨症状监测系统在大型活动的疾病控制保障中的应用。方法对症状监测病例进行三间分布分析,采用病例发现方式、就诊至录入报告时间和报告一致率指标对症状监测体系的运行进行评价。结果深圳大运会期间,累计报告症状监测病例171例,其中3例诊断为传染病病例,主要为腹泻(64.2%)和发热(21.0%),发病时间主要集中于赛时阶段(79.6%),运动员及随队官员发病较少(7.6%),主要为媒体工作者(15.2%)和志愿者(14.6%)。症状监测系统报告及时,病例就诊到报告时间平均7小时,报告一致率为100%。深圳大运会所有场馆和接待酒店均无传染病疫情和食物中毒报告。结论深圳大运会期间,症状监测系统运行良好,敏感性高,能有效减少传染病的发生风险,可以广泛应用于大型活动的疾病控制保障中。
Objective To introduce the symptom monitoring system of the 26th Summer Universiade (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen Universiade) and analyze its operation, and to explore the application of symptom monitoring system in the control of disease control of large-scale activities. Methods Three cases of symptom monitoring were analyzed. The operation of symptom monitoring system was evaluated by means of case finding, time from diagnosis to entry of report and consistency of report. Results During the Universiade Shenzhen, 171 cases were reported for symptom monitoring. Among them, 3 cases were diagnosed as infectious diseases, mainly diarrhea (64.2%) and fever (21.0%). The onset time mainly concentrated on the race time stage (79.6% And fewer incidences with team officials (7.6%), mainly media workers (15.2%) and volunteers (14.6%). Symptom monitoring system report in a timely manner, the average time to visit the case report to 7 hours, the report was 100% consistency. Shenzhen Universiade all venues and hospitality hotels were no infectious diseases and food poisoning reports. Conclusions During the Universiade Shenzhen, the symptom monitoring system runs well and has high sensitivity. It can effectively reduce the risk of infectious diseases and can be widely used in the prevention and control of diseases in large-scale activities.
