煤炭在我国能源结构消费比重中仍将占有绝对的优势,未来黄河上中游地区的水资源能否支撑煤炭产业增长是我国能源与水资源管理的难题。不同水平年黄河上中游7个大型煤炭基地的需水量进行了预测,并与煤炭基地的黄河流域二级水文区区域水资源量、地下水功能区和地表水功能区进行了适配性分析,根据水资源约束特征提出了缓解水资源对黄河上中游煤炭基地开发约束对策。
Coal will still have an absolute advantage in the proportion of China’s consumption of energy structure. Whether the water resources in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River can support the growth of the coal industry in the future is a difficult issue for China’s energy and water resources management. The water demand of seven large coal bases in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River at different levels was predicted and the adaptability was analyzed with the regional water resources, groundwater function areas and surface water function areas of the Yellow River hydrological area in the Yellow River Basin. Characteristics of water resources constraints proposed mitigation of water resources on the Yellow River middle reaches of the coal base development and constraint policy.
