以露地栽培的边沁班克木(B.benthamiana)、多刺班克木(B.spinulosa)、沼泽班克木(B.robur)3种班克木的5年生植株为试材,采用隶属函数的方法,于不同季节通过对其生理生化指标的测定、分析,研究了不同水分条件下各植物抗旱性指标的变化特征和综合效应。结果表明:抗旱性强弱顺序为边沁班克木>多刺班克木>沼泽班克木;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和可溶性蛋白质含量等指标可以较好地反映班克木的抗旱性。
