从一例多细菌协同性坏疽患者的临床标本中分离到了一株革兰氏阳性杆菌Ｙ６ 菌株，使用常规方法不能鉴定，通过１６ＳｒＤＮＡ 序列分析和同源性检索发现Ｙ６ 菌株１６ＳｒＤＮＡ与肉杆菌属的同源性较高，为９３ ％ ～９７ ％ 。其中１６ＳｒＤＮＡ 的特征序列也和肉杆菌属的相同。其它性状也和肉杆菌属的特征相似，但和已经报道的种有明显区别。因此认为Ｙ６ 菌株可能是肉杆菌属的一个新种，暂命名为肉杆菌样细菌。
A gram-positive bacterium Y6 strain was isolated from a clinical sample of patients with multi-bacterial synergistic gangrene and could not be identified by conventional methods. 16S rDNA sequence analysis and homology search revealed that the 16S rDNA of Y6 strain is homologous to the genus Bacillus Sex is higher, 93% ~ 97%. The characteristic sequence of 16S rDNA is also the same as that of the genus Bacillus. Other traits are also similar to those of the genusContobacterium, but they differ significantly from those reported. Therefore, it is considered that the Y6 strain may be a new species of the genus Bacillus, tentatively named as the bacterium-like bacterium.
